At tiffanylamp, we want you to be completely satisfied with the glow of your new stained-glass fixture. If your lamp isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack with Care

Carefully place the lamp in its original protective foam and double-walled box to ensure the delicate glass panels are secured and protected during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
