Yes, every lamp we sell is handcrafted using authentic stained glass. We use the traditional copper foil method where each glass piece is cut, wrapped, and soldered by hand to ensure a timeless, high-quality finish.
How do you ensure the lamps arrive safely without breaking?
We use specialized professional packaging including custom-molded foam (styrofoam) that fits the specific shape of the lamp. This ensures that your glass shade and base remain secure and protected throughout the shipping process.
What kind of light bulbs should I use with my Tiffany lamp?
We recommend using LED bulbs with a 'warm white' color temperature (2700K). LED bulbs stay cool to the touch, which protects the glass and soldering while beautifully highlighting the colors of the stained glass.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your lamp doesn't perfectly match your home decor, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our lamps worldwide. Please note that for international orders, we provide the appropriate plug type and voltage compatibility based on your shipping destination's electrical standards.
Why does the glass feel slightly oily when I first unbox it?
During the final stage of production, a protective mineral oil is applied to the soldered seams to prevent oxidation and maintain the luster of the glass. You can easily wipe this off with a soft, dry cloth.
